These Terms apply to adults only. No one under the age of 18 may use pk2014's services or open an account. pk2014 may request identity documents at any time for age verification purposes, and accounts suspected of belonging to a minor may be suspended immediately. By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
When registering on pk2014, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false or misleading details is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Each person may only maintain one account — if multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all of them will be closed. It is your responsibility to update your account information promptly whenever any changes occur.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the pk2014 support team immediately. Enabling two-factor authentication is strongly recommended to keep your account secure.
As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, pk2014 may ask you to submit a National ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawal access may be limited or suspended until verification is complete. The document verification process is fully secure and is conducted solely to confirm the legitimacy of your account.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
While using the pk2014 platform, you are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Misuse of any platform feature or service, including hacking, spamming, or any form of technical manipulation, is strictly prohibited. Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour toward other users will result in account termination. The use of automated bots, scripts, or software to influence or interfere with the system is strictly forbidden.
Any fraudulent activity, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or use of deceptive tactics in betting and gaming will result in immediate account termination along with forfeiture of deposited funds. Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by abusing bonuses or promotional offers is strictly prohibited, and any winnings obtained through such abuse will be voided. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual or household cannot be used to claim the same bonus.

4. Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on pk2014 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and other approved mobile banking methods. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly, though banking delays may occasionally extend this to up to 24 hours. The minimum deposit amount is displayed on the platform and is subject to change at pk2014's discretion.
Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals are typically handled within 1–3 business days, though more complex cases may take longer. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method — for example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must also be made to bKash. If any unusual activity is detected on your account, withdrawals may be temporarily held as a security measure.
If fraudulent or suspicious payment activity is detected, pk2014 will immediately suspend the account and conduct an investigation. Any transactions associated with money laundering or other financial crimes will be reported to the relevant authorities. Records of all transactions are securely retained by pk2014 and may be provided to law enforcement when required.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Pk2014 makes every effort to keep the platform running smoothly, but cannot be held liable for service disruptions caused by technical issues, network outages, or unforeseen circumstances. pk2014 is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's own device, internet connection, or third-party software. All gaming decisions and betting outcomes are entirely the responsibility of the user.
Regarding account suspension or closure: pk2014 may suspend or permanently close any account at any time due to violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or legal requirements. If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any unused balance will be refunded. However, no refunds will be issued in cases of fraud. All content on the pk2014 platform — including logos, designs, software, game content, text, and graphics — is protected under pk2014's intellectual property rights. Copying, redistributing, or using any such content for commercial purposes without pk2014's written permission is strictly prohibited. pk2014 is not responsible for any third-party links or services. Any external links found on our platform are provided for informational purposes only, and pk2014 makes no guarantees regarding the content or quality of those third-party services. Users access any third-party services at their own discretion and bear full responsibility for the outcomes of doing so.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Pk2014 reserves the right to modify, amend, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page, with the effective date noted at the top. For significant changes, pk2014 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email in advance, though this is not guaranteed. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute between pk2014 and a user, an attempt will first be made to resolve the matter through mutual discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter may be referred to a competent court in Bangladesh. Users acknowledge that Bangladesh law shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement.
If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full. Any delay or failure by pk2014 to enforce these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of its rights. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between pk2014 and the user and supersedes any prior oral or written arrangements.
